The Sleepwalker
"Another day has come."
The Sleepwalker is a 2D side-scrolling survival horror game about a man who battles with his nightmares, trying to uncover the dark secrets of his past. His untrustworthy psychiatrist will help the protagonist to learn the truth through various tests.
This game was made in a week for Godot Wild Jam #55, with theme "Dreams".
Play the Windows version for best performance.
Controls:
- A/D - Move
- E - Interact
- Mouse wheel - Scroll inventory
- 1, 2, 3, 4 - Select inventory item
- LMB - Use current item
- RMB - Aim
- R - Reload
WARNING! This game contains imagery that some players may find disturbing, such as murder, blood, violence and giant insects. Viewer discretion is advised.
P.S: I do not have Linux nor Mac machine. Therefore, I was not able to test the builds for those systems. I can only pray that they are somewhat playable and will not set your PC on fire.

Really love the visuals and gameplay of this one. I think I would have preferred it be a little longer of a game, but concise in this format isn't bad at all. I wasn't expecting the cards to influence my gameplay, so that was fun! I'd love to see a longer experience in a similar format, where "safe" dialogue influences gameplay elements to such a grand scale.Game starts where I link in the vid. <3

Great experience!
Loved the game. Visuals, sound design, the overall feel of the horror and creepy atmosphere elevated the game. The tension from the beginning grew exponentially once I encountered the killer and towards the end it had a fantastic pay off.
